This issue highlights the first-year achievements of our STOP Sepsis Collaborative, in which 57 hospitals are participating. Our guest column features a commentary by the chair of our Perinatal Safety Collaborative, underscoring the importance of hospital senior leadership in effecting culture change. The issue also includes an article about a recent ultrasound training program that was especially well received by its 80 physician participants and an interview with a graduate from our Clinical Quality Fellowship Program, noting the program’s longer-term benefits.
