Policy Analysts Testify at Partnership for Coverage Hearing

At the December 5th Partnership for Coverage hearing at SUNY Old Westbury – the final forum of eight held statewide – policy analysts from the United Hospital Fund and The Commonwealth Fund jointly presented testimony to help inform New York State's efforts to expand health insurance coverage.
