Grants Promoting Health Care Voluntarism

(Download the file "Request for Proposals for 2013 Grants Promoting Voluntarism" below for more information. This file is both a request for proposals and an application.)
The Fund's Distributing Committee considers grant applications three times annually, making recommendations for support to the Board of Directors. The next deadlines for grant applications are November 1, 2013, and February 28, 2014.
