To create the Labels for Health Program, recruiting and training “boomer-plus” volunteers to help clinic patients learn basic skills for managing their chronic illness through healthy diet and nutrition practices, and to establish a working relationship with several local small groceries/convenience stores to encourage their display and distribution of the Healthy Bodega Shopping Guide.
