The Community Service Society, on behalf of a consortium of seven agencies, will monitor the implementation of the Medicare Part D prescription drug benefit and its impact on some of New York's most vulnerable populations, identify systemic problems, and recommend administrative and policy changes that would strengthen the benefit to federal and state policymakers. The New York Community Trust and the Altman Foundation are also supporting this project.
