This Fund conference will examine the rationale and key strategies for health care reform, and present in-depth discussions on progress being made in New York and challenges to moving forward.  Keynoter Robert Berenson, MD, senior fellow of The Urban Institute, will present "A Vision for Service Delivery and Provider Payment."  Two panels will focus on rethinking service delivery and aligning payment incentives.
