Hospital Auxilian and Volunteer Achievement Awards | Archived

Each year, the United Hospital Fund presents its Hospital Auxilian and Volunteer Achievement Awards to one auxilian and one volunteer from each beneficiary hospital or hospital of the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation. Nominations for the 2009 awards are due October 23, 2008. Guidelines and nomination forms can be downloaded below. The 2009 honorees will be announced in early November, and invitations to the March 6 ceremony (1-3 p.m.), to be held at the Waldord-Astoria, will be mailed in January.
