Watson, chairman and chief executive officer of EmblemHealth, Inc., and the Distinguished Community Service Award to Rear Admiral Robert A. Rosen, NYNM (ret.), founder of the Florence and Robert A. Rosen Family Wellness Center for Law Enforcement and Military Personnel and Their Families. We also pay special tribute to The New York Community Trust.
