Sally Rogers is senior vice president for communications and development, responsible for the Fund's publications and public information program, as well as its fundraising activities.  Ms. Rogers joined the Fund in 1978, and from March to September 1993 served as the Fund's acting president.  A graduate of Manhattanville College, she has an MAT in English from Brown University.

Ms. Rogers is a trustee of Manhattanville College, for many years serving on the executive committee, and is a member of the Society for Health Care Strategy and Market Development of the American Hospital Association.  From 2002 to 2011, she served on the board and as secretary of the New York Organ Donor Network.  She also served on the board of the Healthcare Public Relations and Marketing Society of Greater New York for many years.  In 1985 she was inducted into the YWCA’s Academy of Women Achievers.
